Mechanical Estimator

I am seeking a Mechanical Estimator for a GC in the Chicago, IL area. They buy-out everything. The candidate must have good conceptual estimating skills (5 years experience), able to do quantity take-offs (15 yrs experience) for large projects (15mm-20mm minimum). The initial work will be on a 400mm hospital. The candidate should come from a Mechanical Group (subcontractor) proficient in HVAC, pl
